A-ha moments
Did the 3 questions in Section 1. Feeling positive about this, but still hope I can keep up with consistency each day. I feel like I'm tearing up alot with this, not sad tearing, but a-ha moment tearing.

@Val Hall you have just said what I had from my mum and grandmother. I have tried to push it away and not think about it but it really did damage me. I was nagged and put down until I got married. After lockdown she depended on me for everything snd realised that I was enough and she was grateful for all I did, but I can’t forget the early years. Thank you for telling your story as it has helped me too
Hi. I'm Kat from Michigan
Happy to feeling seen and excited to move from always putting everyone else's needs and deeds first to honoring my own self, ambitions, and projects and giving them the attention they...and I deserve. Also looking forward to learning about and from others here.

Hi Kat, we are all guilty of putting everyone else first but you need to help yourself too and you do deserve it
Day 1 - Done!
Biggest insight: loop-gap model My open loop is: recording a module for my online course (ugh!) One word for how I feel right now: seen, understood. The 3 question challenge was really helpful. It kind of affirmed the introductory chat I had with Harmony AI. The best thing is the "Dive Deeper" questions are actually helping me recognize my own patterns and behaviours which I was aware of subconsciously but never really gave a lot of importance to (cause then I had to do the work to fix it, and you know how that goes.) Looking forward to Day 2! Thanks a bunch, Jim!

Yay Proma, see you on day 2
Day 1 - Open Loop 🐈
I am choosing the most distasteful open loop to work on: a narrow (@6") lower kitchen cabinet that holds baking sheets and was invaded by mice months ago. I have been ignoring it, easy when there's a door and I haven't missed much that's in there. The mice went bye-bye many months ago, but I haven't been up to facing the task - the last one of that particular adventure of my life. 🐁

Go Susan. 🥇
Day 1
I learned a different viewpoint about why I can't finish what I started. The unfinished chores I keep seeing around the house aren't distractions. They're finishes I know won't be judged. That's why I go do them instead of packing orders for my home business. I also realized every tool I tried like alarms, lists, apps, ClaudeAI, to help me complete my daily tasks was basically one more thing checking up on me. No wonder none of them lasted more than a few days. These were tools to be judged.
