Low energy post breathwork
Man I have had such a low energy week since Tuesday...just feeling flat and tired and no matter how much sleep I get it doesn't seem enough. Lost my cares for cooking and healthy food options ..reaching for the comfort foods. I thought it was usual to be tired for a day or so but is this long normal? Any suggestions?

Hey Caitlin, thanks for reaching out. This can be normal… especially after the big shift you had… We often chose the certainty of misery, over the misery of uncertainty. Why are you allowing yourself to be unmotivated? Your actions are your choice. You need to overcome the resistance to move into the next level of life. 🙏

I make up a regular onion, garlic juice to prevent flu...another daily has been root ginger & a cinnamon stick in a flask to aide against the high pollen snots & mucus... I also do a tablespoon of black seed oil...adding in Olive oil to my smoothies during week...nuts seeds & dried fruits for easy snacks during busier days on the go!

Shaking challenge
I rewatched the replay this morning and realized I haven't seen anyone respond to Mike's challenge for a shaking video haha...soooo here's me teaching my kids to do it and going nuts in the lounge. Challenge accepted Mike 😁
