I make up a regular onion, garlic juice to prevent flu...another daily has been root ginger & a cinnamon stick in a flask to aide against the high pollen snots & mucus... I also do a tablespoon of black seed oil...adding in Olive oil to my smoothies during week...nuts seeds & dried fruits for easy snacks during busier days on the go!
