Kia ora team! Apologies for not being present in here this week. Honoring that my life is full full full at the moment and I had some commitments that took a lot of time and energy this week. Highlight of my week was flying to Wellington for an ECE conference with my teaching team. I haven't flown in 20 years and it was a huge lesson in how far I have come with nervous system regulation and expanding my window of tolerance! I just wanted to add in my goal, why and action steps. This past week I was good at limiting coffee (until conference and the travel/big days made me choose to not follow that for 2 days hehe), and my morning practice has been pretty solid for some time but adding in the bader. This will be a non negotiable from now on (again, didn't feel like I could while away due to shared room situation). This coming week I'll be turning up the dial on the other action steps.
