I added cold plunges into my routines. I keep 9 bottles of water in fridge, 2 bags of ice in freezer. Cold face plunges aide my menopause, any tired or hayfever puffiness! Saunas are regular after workouts at Pilates. My hydration this year has changed , adding celtic sea salt , so as not to lose vital minerals through sweating or peeing all my hydration away. Red Light Therapy is a must with Pilates & healing muscles! All this came over this year with slow discipline to be honest. I know the benefits! With a tweek in my time effort & self care, now see & feel them All the best to you all , & trying anything new...it does take time, to adapt to a new routine & find what/which exercises, foods, etc work for us... In my experience, when you find the right fit, it all becomes 2nd nature !!!
