Hey, I've had a few calls as you can see below where the AI books an appointment, then it says "The request timed out." and the AI (who already booked the appointment) says that the time is no longer available, and books a 2nd appointment. So the lead ends up with 2 appointments. Seems like a new bug, is there any way to fix it? @Jorden Williams @Assistable Ai
@Callan Mendyk Thanks. I think what’s happening is the user stops talking when the agent goes to book the appointment and the agent is recognizing that as the user timing out. Let me escalate this. Can you please provide the call ID for one or both of those calls
Hey everyone, Building out an AI caller and trying to figure out the post-call automation piece. After each call, I need the AI to pick up on the lead's intent (Interested, Not Interested, or Do Not Call) and automatically slap the right tag in GHL the moment the call ends. What's the most reliable way to pass that outcome back to the GHL?
Hey guys, my Assistable AI assistants stopped working yesterday suddenly. All API calls in automations to Assistable are also failing. Is anyone else encountering this? I did a hard O Auth reset like support suggested, but still no luck. Support hasn't been able to solve the issue either. Can someone help me take care of this? My accounts are all down! Clients are not happy.
