@Giles Parnell no I can’t speak to all the new features but I will say it will be a light weight CRM. basic contact and pipeline management. Not designed to compete with all of GHLs features. We will be adding a workflow Feature as well as native texting so theoretically you wouldn’t need to use GHL at all if you didn’t want to
Assistable or Retell? Who is faster?
Hi! I have a couple of questions about speed and performance. Is Assistable actually faster than Retell when it comes to voice response times? Or are they pretty much the same, since (I assume) they both use the same LLM backend? I’ve been testing Retell lately and it feels a bit faster to me, but maybe it’s just my setup or something I’m missing. Just to clarify, I’m genuinely curious about the technical differences—I’m a big fan of what Assistable is building and just want to learn from the experience of others here. Any insights or benchmarks would be much appreciated! @Jorden Williams

Is this the best the Ai Assistant can do?
For a client I set up an ai receptionist. But IMO the performance is pretty poor. Bad enough that most customers will be frustrated with it. She can't get the email correct even though it was spelled out a couple times, then she muffs the street name, and reads the address number like it's math class. Is this the best we can expect? Or what can be done here? Also, why does she sometimes run sentences together without pausing? Thanks for any tips! See call attached.

@Ryan B no, there is a separate section in the right hand side (not in the tools section) where you can map certain extractions to custom fields. It works different from the extraction tools. The extraction tools run live, on the call. The mapping tools run post-call and analyze the entire transcript. They’re much more reliable.

@Ryan B Correct. Its an either/or. If you do the mapping, you don't need the custom extraction tools. But yes, you would need to build them out. @Hari Prathap Balamurugan can you please create a guide on how to do this
Twillio Costs
Is there extra costs besides buying the number to port my Twilio number into the system ? I need to use a Canadian number so I have to buy it

Facebook/IG DMs and multiple AIs
I have a client with multiple businesses and one facebook/IG page. He wants to segment the customers that DM him so the appropriate AI can take over and continue the conversation over multiple DMs. How would you set up a workflow to do this? Hopefully without having to ask name/email at the start of every DM? I'm stumped.

@David Whalley that’s tricky. You could try creating a custom field, something like “contact_interested_business” and then create a tool to fill that out. Once the AI learn which business they’re interested in, it fills out the custom field. Then in your workflow, you make it set to ask which business they’re interested ONLY IF that custom field is empty. If it’s already filled, then it just continues on the in conversation

@David Whalley I dont think so, it would only have to do that at the beginning of the conversation. Just create an IF/Else condition to see if the tag has been added. If the tag is added, it no longer asks about the business
