Ok so I am in talks with a guy with one of the few "digital marketing" facebook communities in South Africa 5k members Something like 5 years old. The group has been basically dead for over a year. Basically no monetisation except for some agency work that the owner got from it with local biz owners. But I know it has a bunch of SA based agencies and copywriters etc in it. The guy considered killing it like 2 weeks ago and to try and revive it again a week ago lol.. but he basically has no plan. Told him I would be interested in buying, and he is open to selling. Asked me what I would pay, so I used some BDTS to get a price from him first. Now he says that he will think about it, but he's not sure if it would even be valuable to me or not. And asked what I am looking to get out of it etc in a voice note. I am pretty sure I could at least get a couple dozen people into my Skool from it though. Maybe even sell some PSM @Travis Sago ? Or get auction partners... Or both.. Could offer to get auction referrals from it and give him a cut, but I think I'd rather just buy it and skip the back and forth. Not sure where to go from here. Do I talk about auctions, do I say I wanna sell products or get rev share partners? Or something else?

Client kicked me over a referral last year to a regional roofing / home remodeling company near me. Originally I was going to do retainer email marketing for them (pre Ronin). Kept bouncing back and forth with their CMO, eventually got tired of his waffling and told him I'd do rev share on a test campaign instead. That flipped the switch and he started chasing me. Then he went on vacation, Thanksgiving hit, I went on vacation, Christmas... Anyway, he just sent over access to his sales CRM and email software. They've got 30,000 customers with an email address and 100,000 leads. Another 100,000 leads with phone and physical address. Do you think we'll pick any deals up with "hey still interested in a new roof?" Or from the roofing customers who just might, maybe, possibly want windows or solar panels? Anyway, this is still early. But there's tons of upside and I never would have seen 99% of it without this group. Big thanks to @Travis Sago and everyone else who contributes here. Again, I'm sorry this isn't a big sexy auction deal. Maybe after the test campaign.

Hey Ronins, I'm greasing my brain gears with possible ideas for auctions for a quick cash injection. I'm in a situation where I need cash quickly and after 3 years sending resumes, I'm kinda giving up on the idea that a job will save the day at this point. I have a son and we might be homeless in a couple of months if I don't fix this quickly so, when you see an idea in this post that would stink for you but might work for a quick 1k-3k, as long as I have a shot, I'll do it. I have no audience and not much to sell other than an old course taking digital dust and probably a bit outdated that I'd be shocked if I could sell it for $50 even if in the past I sold it, together with my one on one, for 2k multiple times and for 6k once, always gave results to my clients, so it could work for starters in the coaching and consulting business. Here are my options: - A business/executive coach with 900 people in her community (not sure if a group or an email list) that might actually sell my program to her audience. Main hurdle here is that she's working with the Spanish-speaking market and my course is in Italian and in English so, probably AI to translate it or, if it makes sense, re-record it in Spanish and take the opportunity to polish and update things. - One of the 2 decision maker in a sport insurance company in the UK.They need more leads all the time so maybe I could find someone who has the right distribution for this (they want mostly teams, not individuals) and auction off some insurance? Not really sure if this makes sense Do you think I should probably just start from scratch? I feel the 900 people from the coach could be a good resource to leverage, at least in some way
