@Austin Gray thanks, Austin! I can't afford the paid stuff yet! But with the help and guidance you provide free of charge I'll be able to in the future as I grow.

Thank you, Austin! I'm "Pitchlink" in Atlanta in your Livestream, by the way. I've been trying to catch them the last couple of weeks and will keep doing so. I appreciate your content very much!
Business phone system?
Looking for suggestions on what service to use for my business phone system. I'm wanting calls to ring through to my phone, a voicemail, or in the future, the ability to send it to multiple phones. Other options I can automate later and incorporate AI are also useful, as are options that exist that I don't even know to ask about yet. Thanks!
what's your goal in 2026?
just got back from visiting my VIP client in Austin, TX & I'm FIRED UP! we filmed more FB ads on site, met the crews in person, saw the new Cat 285 & Fecon Mulcher, worked on strategy with ops manager, & crushed some good BBQ 🤪 back in May, another entrepreneur hired me to build a land clearing business for him they'll do over $90M this year in his other business but he wanted in the trades why? he sees the writing on the wall AI is taking over all the tech jobs I've said it before & I'll say it again... Local, blue collar service businesses are the best business opportunity of our generation (and the most AI proof) He saw what I built in Bear Claw and he wanted the exact same thing for himself... named my price he agreed 6 months later we're hitting $150k+ months how? simple using the same operating systems that I built to grow Bear Claw with Last month, I shared this Blue Collar Growth System with 18 other guys inside an intensive 4 Week Growth Sprint we covered how to: 1. get leads 2. win jobs 3. implement scalable operating systems and the guys crushed it @Blake Trant won his first $5k forestry mulching job before finishing the sprint @Trevor Hanosh booked $9k worth of Fire Mitigation jobs after finishing @Doug ODell got his first snow plow clients it's the same process that @Colby McArthur has used to go from $30k in his bank to over $200k I've got an exciting announcement to make soon for the New Year but first, I've got a question for you... what are your goals for 2026?

@Frank Steiner fantastic! The CDL is on my checklist for the next couple of months. I actually already met with my congressman with a proposal for a rule change in GA to the CDL laws that would make it to where we don't have to test in a tractor trailer to get the CDL, allowing is to get the CDL with a restriction that we can't update tractor trailers, king pin hitches, it air brakes. We would be able to test in our F450 /RAM3500 (or whatever) with our trailer. It keeps the state in compliance with the federal CDL requirements but carves out a niche for us like several other states have already done. He's checking to see if it can be accomplished with a simple rule change or if it would require legislation. I expect that I'll still have to do the full tractor trailer CDL nonsense, because none of that law process will happen fast enough to help me, but hopefully it'll help the guys that come after us, as well as all the guys out there that are trying to fly under the radar and dodge the CDL requirement in their business.

Amazing!
the call that changed everything...
I was sick and tired of the city Denver was full of traffic & woke minds one day, i got a call from a friend in the mountains "hey man, I just purchased a couple acres and there's one next door for sale" my wife & I drove by at 1st light next morning we had been searching for a mountain property to build our home for 3 years one drive by and we both immediately knew it was the one we called the agent and wired the earnest money i couldn't wait to get started... we had been pent up in the city for too long our 1st born was on the way & I wanted my kids to grow up in the mountains my plan was to take a year off to build our mountain home with the cost to build in the mountains, self performing work would allow us to save on costs but my plan to "take a year off work" was derailed fast we had recently sold another business & the plan was to start another after completing the build the build would provide a great opportunity to get a pulse on the construction market call subcontractors, get quotes, take note of who answered their phone... -how long were guys booked out? -what were they charging for each phase? -did they provide quick estimates? -did they do what they said they were going to do? my plan to was derailed FAST... I called the excavation guys to get quotes HOLY SMOKES and then I called the concrete guys $120K for the foundation & flatwork on a 3,000 sq. ft home?! No thanks... i'll rent the machines, clear the land, dig the foundation, & pour my concrete so I rented a skid steer and got to work this is when I knew I was toast... once I got back in that cab, I felt at home took me back to the days of working for my dad as a teenager focused, productive, determined... those who have operated a skid steer know the feeling there's something calming about being in the cab the mind can think, strategize, and wander if it needs to all while keeping a laser focus on what needs to be accomplished I was in heaven... 2 acres of wooded property, a skid steer, and chainsaw
