Landed a position!
Hi everyone! I've just accepted a District Manager position with Rebirth Advanced Healing! I'll be selling advanced wound healing services in the post-acute space. As a PT and former practice owner, I knew how to sell PT to patients and providers, but didn't know how to sell myself and break into a new industry. After EYS, I was prepared with my personal brand, polished on my "why", and could speak to what makes a successful salesperson (shout out to Medical Sales Bootcamp class!). I had gained the confidence in how to network, research a company/opportunity, and interview. I wasn't expecting this opportunity to come along, but when it did I was able to quickly make the most of it. Thank you Samuel and everyone on the EYS team who helped me along my journey! Without you guys this wouldn't have been possible!

Final round interview Advice
I made it to the final round interview for a sports medicine role at an orthopedic device company. I’ll be interviewing with the Executive VP, and possibly the Sales Director. I want to prepare as thoroughly as possible, and not give them a reason to give the job to someone else. Based off anyone’s experience, what questions from these individuals should I most likely expect to answer? Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Financial stability of a company
I wanted to reiterate the importance of knowing the financial stability of the company you are considering working for as a non clinical employee. Here is a tip to get some of that information: When researching a public company during your job search, use Yahoo Finance to learn about its history and executive team. By entering the stock ticker symbol, you can access financial data to compare key metrics like gross profit, operating expenses, total assets, and debt. You can also view historical data to assess the company’s stability or volatility, helping you make an informed, long-term decision about potential employers.
