Why do I keep believing the right things but still reacting the wrong way?
Let’s call her Rachel. She represents many of the women I meet. A bill shows up she wasn’t expecting. She pauses. Her stomach drops before she even finishes reading it. A thought flashes through her mind: “How am I going to cover this?” Her chest tightens. Her breathing gets shallow. Five minutes later she’s at her laptop trying to make something happen. Opening tabs. Sending messages. Trying to push things forward before things fall apart. Now pause the scene for a moment. Rachel would say she believes God provides. She agrees it’s the truth. She’s heard the teaching. She’s read the scriptures. She believes it should be true. But belief isn’t measured by what we say we believe. Belief shows up in what we do. Our actions reveal what we actually believe in the moment. If Rachel truly believed God was providing for her in that situation, her actions would look different. Her body would settle. Her decisions would come from peace instead of urgency. Instead, fear took the lead. Not because Rachel is pretending. But because another belief is quietly running the system. This is the cycle most people never see. A circumstance happens. It triggers a thought. That thought creates a feeling in the body. Thought + feeling become what your system actually believes. And that belief drives your actions. Those actions create your results and those results reinforce the belief. Round and round it goes. This is the mindset model I teach. And it explains why someone can agree with the truth, speak the truth, and still react from fear when pressure rises. The Savah Method interrupts that cycle. Instead of trying to force better behavior or repeating the truth louder, we shift the belief where it is actually being formed — in the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body. When that level changes, the loop breaks. And the belief you’ve known in your mind finally begins to show up in your life. If Rachel’s moment feels familiar, join us inside our community where we are renewing our minds through daily Quiet Times and practical tools that help women step out of striving and into peace-led lives and Holy Spirit-led businesses.

Are you willing to be controversial?
In my community this month, we're playing StoryCoaching™️ Truth or Dare. Today's dare was to share a controversial opinion. The video below was me sharing mine. I think a lot of people villainize the mind, but it's the most powerful tool we've been given. And most people have never been taught how to use it. Your body matters, and nervous system regulation matters. But you can't regulate your way out of a story that keeps telling your body it's not safe. This is the work we do in my community. We help you see the stories that have been running under the surface, and help you untangle and dissolve them on 3 LAYERS: Mind, body, & emotion. All 3 are required for true transformation. If you want to see what stories are running under the surface, come join me in Activate Your Impact. 💬 Are you willing to be controversial? What would you say to your people today that feels a bit controversial?

thinking about what I would say :) I think it would be that thoughts creating emotions is not a linear thing... along the same lines as what you were saying in your video, a thought creates an emotion and then that thought + emotion prompt you to take or not take action... the results you see create the story you tell yourself (belief!) that then fuels future thoughts... It's a loop, not a linear "thing"!

Educational Faith Based Women’s Group
I am so blessed to have met @Lisa Vanderveen early on here in Skool. She is so supportive and truly cares about people. Plus she’s so educated on historical topics. I learn so much in her group that I didn’t know before and I love learning. She’s very consistent with her educational inspiration videos. Plus, she has a very soothing voice to listen to. Lisa is a kind, genuine, caring, supportive person with a well organized faith based community… So if you want more of that, you definitely would enjoy being in her community. https://www.skool.com/identity/about?ref=23c72b908f7340649108ce5e13580654

🕊️ Why Do I Still Feel Overwhelmed Even Though I Trust God?
If you’re a Christian woman who genuinely trusts God but still feels overwhelmed when pressure rises, that tension can feel confusing. You know what Scripture says about peace. You believe the Holy Spirit lives within you. You’ve read the verses about the fruit of the Spirit and the promise that God strengthens and guides His people. And yet when real pressure shows up ~ financial stress, a difficult conversation, a decision that carries weight ~ the first reaction that rises doesn’t always feel like peace. Instead it can look like: • frustration with yourself • feeling like everything depends on you • questioning whether you’re equipped for what you’re building • carrying more than you were meant to carry That gap between knowing truth and experiencing it in the moment is something many women devoted to Jesus wrestle with. Not because their faith isn’t real. Often it’s because emotional patterns formed long before those truths had the chance to reshape how the body and mind respond under pressure. Patterns like being hard on yourself, feeling responsible for everything, or quietly wondering if you should already have it all figured out. Those reactions can surface automatically, even when your heart genuinely trusts God. Over time that tension can make you feel a lot more like Martha ~ managing, solving, carrying everything ~ even while longing for the kind of steadiness and trust we see in Mary. This deeper alignment is exactly what we work through in the Heart Healing & Breakthrough Classes inside our community. These sessions follow Holy Spirit’s lead to uncover the emotional agreements that quietly keep truth from shaping everyday reactions. Women often experience shifts like: • replacing harsh self-criticism with compassion • discovering they are more equipped than they believed • releasing the pressure to carry everything alone • finally receiving that they are deeply cherished by God When those shifts happen, something very practical changes.

Your Stories Matter...
I'm always trying to find a way to explain exactly what it is that I do. I'm not sure I've landed on it yet, but this video gives a good analogy. We've all experienced what happens to our phone when we leave too many apps running in the background. 💬 What stories do you think might be running in the background of your life (and running your business)? If you're ready to untangle them, I can help. Come join me in Activate Your Impact. Where we do the inner work first.
