Love language 😂
My husband is not a write me love letters type of guy (maybe once a year), but the girls and I are visiting him while he is working out of town and he prepped all kinds of food for me like turkey bacon, cucumbers, tacos, etc. 😭😭😭 Excuse me while I cry because why is this so cute and sweet?!?

Well today's workout was a little spicy, especially cause I was still feeling yesterday's upper part. But I did it and felt confident about it.

This one was SPICY! I had all my weights pulled out by the end because I started some moves with 15s and ended at 3s with others 😂😂😂
