A day for reflection.
Take a few minutes today to check in with yourself: - What’s one action or effort from this past week that you’re most proud of? (Not the outcome—the effort.) - What’s one thing you’re intentionally focusing on in the week ahead? For those in the 30-Day Ease Into You challenge: What has been the most helpful or supportive piece for you so far? For those in the Not More of the Same challenge: Today is the final day to complete fitness testing. Assessments are now open through Tuesday—ideally completed in the morning. Be sure to get your photos, weigh-in, and questions submitted inside the 1st Phorm app. 🗓 Reminder: We meet tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM Pacific for our mindset chat. We’ll also be discussing our reading from Grit. Everyone is welcome—even if you’re not reading the book. Reflection creates direction. Let’s use it.

This week, I’m most proud of focusing on whole foods, intentionally spending time in Zone 2, and being truly honest with my feelings. The honesty part matters a lot to me. I used to only share the successes and put on a brave face when I felt disappointment. Choosing to share a more vulnerable side of myself feels important—not just for growth, but for accountability. Going into the week ahead, I’m intentionally working on not beating myself up. That’s been harder than the workouts. I think that openness is what allows Ashlynn and me to have a strong coaching relationship—I’m not always trying to save face, and that’s making the work more meaningful.
Starting week 2 strong!
30 min run ✅ Thrive workout ✅ Way ahead on my water and protein for the day. Hunger is real with the added workouts! Seeing results with consistency! Especially in my back muscles. These photos are a year apart and 30lb weight difference.
