This post is for anyone who comes out of the gate hot in one area and not so much in another. I will also state the night isn’t over yet!!!! I have set a goal of Mind, Body, Spirit. I realized I’ve been feeling so tight—physically and mentally—like I’ve been holding everything in. So for this challenge, I’m adding in two things that I know I’ve been missing: ✨ Daily meditation — to slow down, breathe, and actually take care of my mindset, which actually is super important to me and Daily mobility work — because my body has been begging for it. And if I’m being honest… adding in that extra mobility today threw some things off. I’ve been running behind more than I’d like. Hence… if you were on the Monday call, you probably saw me 😅➡️ switching outfits mid-call➡️ and then hopping straight into my car. I ate lunch in the car and left my beautiful tuna sandwhich at home. So the calories were not what I wanted post workout. But instead of spiraling, I’m adjusting. This phase isn’t about perfection. It’s about realignment—getting back to feeling good, moving better, and taking care of myself as a whole. Also for the record 😂 I did not just eat Splenda — it was part of my proffee. And the night isn’t over… Clear might be coming in clutch to help me hit my protein.
