Paying referral fees to introducers.
How are y'all structuring finder fees to introducers? I've met a super connected dude who'd like to introduce me to new partners, I'd like to make it worth his while and give him a nice big check to say thank you and bring more deals like it but without paying him upfront How do I do it?

Saw Travis in some video mention 10% of what you make up to $10k. So if you do $100k with a partner you pay the referrer $10k. That's what I've been offering and most of the people I offer it to seem enticed by it. You can offer whatever you want though.
"Physical" auction ideas?
@Travis Sago I heard you mention before about putting together some kind of Christmas light package with personalized cards and everything, just can't remember which video that was. I've got a cosmetic dentist and a skydiving dude (two different people, the cosmetic dentist isn't skydiving) who might be on board. Has anyone else done an auction for a physical business before? Anything challenging or different I should look out for? Is it worth it? Appreciate any help I can get!

@Tom Curtis Nope I only caught bits and pieces of this one! I know what I'm listening to tonight.

@Travis Sago Yeah when you put it that way, you'd literally be dumb not to throw a buck in for Invisalign. Especially when Tommy's getting picked up from school in a limo driven by Captain America and it's full of pizza.
CDOD: FIRST REPLY
so, i've never had luck with cold outreach. done a handful, had a few hits here and there, but all very small one off... I've had two replies now from CDOD cold mechanism, out of a 35 person lead list. I almost don't know what to do with myself. 🤠 I'm happy as a puppy with two peckers. (please excuse the crudeness, if so perceived) Gif for, reasons...

CDOD: Giving FUNnel Live
Well, tech stuff gave me a headache for a bit but we're ONLINE now. Anyone else get their FUNnel up yet or is everybody too busy drowning in coffee dates to post here?

@Travis Sago Nope, not to this guy. First 3 times I sent the Loom I didn't hear back. Do you just drop the link and say here ya go? That's what I've been doing.

Got another question--thought I'd be able to handle any response but this one threw a curve ball at me. First instinct was to say "Off-putting?" but I was also thinking "man that sucks, I love how you type!" or possibly "same--give me a day to think about it and I'll send it to you." Maybe not the last one...
☕ CDOD First coffee date finished
55k LinkedIn followers. Agency that does DFY LinkedIn growth. New email list but at least has 100 people on there. Wants that auction something fierce. UNBELIEVABLE how the energy changes when you're vetting someone as opposed to getting grilled yourself. I'm starting to think Travis Sago knows what he's talking about or something! Even if this doesn't work out...gif attached is how I'm celebrating right now.
