Today is a busy day with back to back calls, so moving is a little more tricky.
❄️We also are in the middle of a snowstorm outside!
So, today, I squeezed in a 10 minute stretch routine to help me loosen up.
😉 I like to focus on my legs, hips, shoulders, and neck.
