I have loved being a part of @Lucy Hutchings 12 Days of Wellness Holiday Challenge and working together to bring our communities a well-rounded experience. Lucy has worked so hard over the last couple of years that I've known her and it's really paying off! I also enjoyed my very first sales call yesterday with @Michelle McCartney and @Scott Schilling. There was a lot of good information about scripts and the power of tone over just the words you use. Also very interesting discussion about how different generations need different words/tones that speak to them specifically. I can't wait to see what's next in this group! Michelle, you provide so much value here. And finally, about a week ago @Jenna Kelly and I did a 1:1 call. She has been a huge support in my community and is #1 on my leaderboard so I wanted to help her along her strength training journey. We had a great conversation about where she is now and where she would like to be. I think it's amazing when people are chasing and building their dreams while also putting a strong emphasis on their health. Jenna's crocheting community is amazing and I can't wait to see what her new venture turns into.
Technical Difficulties
Hi ladies, I have a question about going live and internet connection. As you ladies have witnessed my internet is spotty during coffee chats. I did some research and tested my upload speed and I'm well above the minimum required value of 10 Mbps. It says ideal is between 20-40 Mbps and mine was in the 100's so I'm not sure what the issue is. However, the research I did said to try an ethernet cord and plug my computer directly to the router or turn on my hotspot on my cell. I'm going to try those things on my next calls to see how they work but in the meantime, I wanted to see if any of you know if Skool has a default setting for video at 1080p and if there is a way to change it to 720p to reduce bandwidth and see if this helps. Anyone good with this kind of stuff? I'd like to have the problem solved before my live in @Lucy Hutchings group on Sunday.

Today is a snowww dayyy! โค๏ธ I am grateful my husband got home safely since apparently the plows are very behind today. So i threw some bones in some water, made a yummy bone broth, tossed together flour and eggs to make noodles, and chopped some veggies. ๐Ÿคค I love to finish it by whisking in some scrambled eggs and then topping with heavy cream. Makes a yummy high protein and creamy chicken noodle soup. Perfect for the snowy days ๐Ÿ‘‡ What is your favorite snow day food?

Today is a busy day with back to back calls, so moving is a little more tricky. โ„๏ธWe also are in the middle of a snowstorm outside! So, today, I squeezed in a 10 minute stretch routine to help me loosen up. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I like to focus on my legs, hips, shoulders, and neck. So, how are you intentionally moving today?

Yes! Even just 10 minutes of stretching feels so good. I am hosting a live Jingle and Mingle Movement Event tonight in my community as part of the 12 Days of FITMAS Challenge I am doing so I will get my movement in then.
