I'm knee deep in work this weekend (I have a lot of personal deadlines I have to hit and some work with clients) so I am going to be VERY intentional about my self care.
This weekend, my self care looks like personal grooming (i took a nice bath today after breakfast), eating nourishing food, keeping my water filled, and taking some time to stretch in between sitting.
I'll also be going to bed early to help my body rest.
