Why It Works

Engagement Posts are the most underused post type in coaching. Most coaches post tips, stories, and offers, then wonder why nobody's talking to them.

Conversations don't happen by accident. You have to invite them.

An Engagement Post does one job: get your audience to comment, reply, or DM. That's it. It's not trying to teach. It's not trying to sell. It's trying to start a conversation.

Once someone comments, you have an opening to message them. That's where real relationships and real sales happen.

Three Rules

Ask one specific question, not a vague one. "What's your biggest struggle?" gets crickets. "What's one thing you're tired of hearing other coaches say?" gets answers.

Make it easy to answer in 5 seconds. Long, thoughtful questions feel like homework. Quick questions get quick replies.

Reply to every single comment. This is where the magic happens. Every reply is a chance to deepen the conversation and move it to DMs.
