Recently i've had the personal goal of getting the star in my community.
πThis means getting to #30 or under in Discovery.
I figured the easiest way to get it and build a stronger community would be to set up a big prize and have us all work together for it (so that when we get it, it's a US victory, not a ME victory).
π
Well, turns out that posts that encourage you to do tons of activities for the sake of getting activities are considered "engagement farming".
I hadn't really considered what we were doing as that, but when someone reached out to warn me about it, it makes total sense.
πSo, here's what we're doing going forward:
β€οΈWe're going to continue building an amazing community and culture in this space.
β€οΈWe're going to continue connecting with each other.
β€οΈand we're all going to go to Costa Rica in 2026 whether we get the star or not.
Let's just DO ITTTT!!!!
πSo, who wants to come? In January, we'll start planning
(Reminder, you will have to pay to attend but I will take no profit on the trip so you'll get all of the coaching and masterminding that we do for free)
