So, I’ve been feeling unwell the past couple of days, not sure if it’s viral thing or a healing crisis or both & yesterday morning I was feeling somewhat discouraged. After weighing myself & discovering I’d only lost 800g in 6 days I was feeling blah! As I was journaling the shift happened … after writing all the negatives, I reframed & wrote … I’m on the right track, I can do better, the number on the scales doesn’t define my worth or value. Consistency is key, making mistakes & not doing the best I can on any given day doesn’t disqualify me. My flesh is weak but my spirit is strong. Today is a new day & I can do this. Moving on … I spent the day resting, reflecting, recovering, spent time in nature, created a vision board, bought a pedometer, new scales & items to help with my razor sore throat. And I started a new book a good friend of mine recommended ‘Atomic Habits’. I hope this message encourages someone! 🙏🏻
