Reset Finisher Spotlight: Paul 💪🏻
@Paul Haller just wrapped up his 28 Day Reset and the results speak for themselves… ⚖️ 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏: 109.8 kg ⚖️ 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟖: 103.7 kg ⬇️ 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬: 6.1 kg Paul showed up 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲. No shortcuts, no overcomplicating it—just 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 and 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. There were some 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 towards the end (which is part of the journey), but he 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 and built a 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 that will carry forward. 🏆 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 Awarded to him for 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, and 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 throughout the 28 Day Reset. A 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 built for 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 👊 That’s what this is about 👇 👉 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬 👉 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 👉 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 Massive respect, Paul 👊

For those who 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 — what was the 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 for you? For those 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 — what has been the 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐫? And even for those in the 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 — what is the 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 right now? 𝐖𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭: 🧠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭? 🍽️ 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬? 🥾 𝐇𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬? 🏋️ 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠? 😴 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩? 🔥 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧? ❓ 𝐎𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞? The 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 — but that’s where 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 begin. Your answer might help someone else 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠. 💪

@Kit Concepcion for me it was finding the time to do all the steps along with the exercise. Also being motivated to continually meal prep ahead of time especially if there was a lot going on.
Long Term Progress
Today marks the final day of my second reset. Big shout out to Mick & Kit for the program, the support and the continuous encouragement. Also a big Thankyou to the other active members who have shared their journey and encouraged me. 12 months ago on 12 February 25 I weighed the heaviest I have ever been in my life at 184.4kg. 12 months later I am at 153.1kg. That’s a drop of 31.3kg for the year. From February to mid October I sort of bumbled my way down with no real plan, but when I started my first reset until now I have had a clear plan and focus about what I needed to do. This program has literally changed my life. One of my biggest wins is the habits I’ve developed that helped me drop a bit more even between mid November and mid January which included a family holiday to NZ, Christmas & New Years celebrations. I set out from Day 1 the first reset to develop strong habits that would help me beyond 28 days and I can confidently say I have achieved that Body, Mind & Spirit. I still have 40kg’s to drop to reach my ultimate goal by the end of 2027, but am well on the way. As we’ve been told numerous times. Progress not perfection. 🎉 I’m thrilled with my progress 🎉
