TAKE YOUR DAY ONE PICS!!! This is such a great way to stay motivated! In 21 days, take your pictures again and see for yourself how much fat has melted off your body!!!
I’m 12 weeks into my post-partum weight loss journey, I’ve taken 3 sets of pics and every time I am more and more amazed.
Also TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS! You can log them into your fitness app!
In 12 weeks I’ve lost:
15 pounds
5 inches off my waist
6 inches off my hips
4.5 inches off each thigh
2 inches off each calf
1 inch off my neck
4 inches off my chest
THESE ARE THE PICS AND NUMBERS THAT MATTER AND KEEP ME GOING!!!!
