Day 6/21
I couldn’t make it to this mornings classes unfortunately but I will be doing yesterday’s workout from Felix (looks like a good one!) later on!
I’ve gotten in my AM protein shake, my daily weigh-in and I’m eating lunch soon!!! (I’m having tuna for lunch)
I’m still struggling with getting enough water in.. any suggestions?!?!
