Prompt help

I'm just a bit confused on something. (I am finally getting to some courses I've previously purchased but life got in the way, so I'm starting now). Can I or am I supposed to, use the prompts as is and input into ChapGPT? If so, won't we all get the same responses? Then if we published, there would be a lot of the "same" things out there. I am specifically talking about the natural herbal program. I understand if it's a coloring book, I could go in a modify the prompts and not hurt anything, therefore getting different pictures. HOWEVER, if it is a recipe (as in herbal recipes) what can I change in the prompt without harming the integrity of the recipe? THANK YOU ALL, it's probably a dumb down question but that's where I am confused.
