Write something
Something I've been noticing.
It's easy to keep thinking about a decision without actually moving it forward. Even when the next step is small. This week I'm focusing on: → taking one concrete step instead of trying to figure everything out first. That feels like enough for now.

Moving toward group-based coaching work
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much of my work is shifting away from 1:1 coaching toward something more group-based. Part of me is excited. It’s more scalable. It creates a different kind of value. Part of me isn’t so sure. I’ve spent years working directly with individuals, and stepping back from that—even partially—feels like a real transition. So the question I keep coming back to is this:How do I stay connected to the depth of that work while building something that operates differently? For now, the answer is pretty simple:→ Keep building the structure and see how people actually use it. Then pay attention. Because that’s where the real learning is.
