Start by writing a Weekly Reflection (recommended) OR Ask a Question if you feel stuck. You’ll find both options in the dropdown menu when you click the "Write Something" box at the top of the Community window. See the attached screenshot for instrutions. ⬇️ This space is designed to help you slow down and think more clearly about that transition. It’s not a course, and it’s not a fast-moving community. It's a calm, structured environment for reflection. Inside, you’ll find: - Simple frameworks to help you organize your thinking - Weekly reflection prompts - A few practical tools you can use right away - A quiet space to process without pressure You don’t need to read or do everything here. Start simple: 1. Go to the Start Here section in the Classroom 2. Review the MINDSET overview 3. Do the current Weekly Reflection If you want to share your thoughts, you’re welcome to—but it’s optional. If you’re looking for deeper, more personalized support, you can also work with me directly through 1:1 coaching. For now, just take a breath, look around, and begin where it feels natural.

How to Use This Community
This space is designed to be simple, focused, and low-pressure. You don’t need to figure everything out before you post—this is a place to think things through. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Click the “Write something” box at the top of the page 2. Using the dropdown at the lower right, choose Weekly Reflection (recommended) or Questions (if you feel stuck). 3. Keep it simple—just write what’s on your mind That’s all you need to begin. See the attached screenshot for detailed instructions. ⬇️ WHAT TO POST Most people start with a Weekly Reflection. This could be: - Something you’re thinking about - A decision you’re trying to make - A situation that feels unclear - A next step you’re considering If you’re stuck or want input, post in Questions using the format provided. A FEW SIMPLE GUIDELINES 1. Start with your own situation: Write about what you’re dealing with, not general ideas or theories. 2. Keep it simple: You don’t need to write a long or perfect post. A few sentences is enough. 3. No debate or fixing others: This isn’t a place to argue, analyze, or tell others what they “should” do. 4. Share from your own experience: If you respond to someone, speak from what you’ve experienced—not advice or theory. 5. Focus on clarity and next steps: The goal is to think more clearly and decide what to do next. 6. Respect privacy (yours and others’): Avoid sharing sensitive personal or professional details. 7. No promotion or solicitation: Please don’t use this space to sell or promote anything. If you’re not sure where to start, begin with a Weekly Reflection. That’s the best first step for most people.

If you’d like input or perspective, please post your question using this format. It helps keep things clear and makes it easier for me to respond when appropriate. 1. WHAT I'M DEALING WITH • Briefly describe your situation. • What’s happening right now? 2. WHAT I'VE ALREADY TRIED OR CONSIDERED • What have you done so far? • What options are you thinking about? 3. WHAT I'M REALLY ASKING • What would be most helpful right now? • Try to be as specific as you can. SHORT EXAMPLE What I’m dealing with: I’ve been in the same role for 12 years and feel stuck, but I’m not sure what I’d move into. What I’ve tried: I’ve looked at job listings and taken a few online assessments, but nothing feels like a clear fit. What I’m asking: How do I narrow down options without feeling overwhelmed? You don’t need to write a lot—just enough to give context. Clear questions lead to clearer thinking.

Small win this week
I completed setting up the core structure here. It's not perfect, but it's usable -- and that's what matters at this stage. What I'm taking away from that: → Getting something into a real environment is more valuable than refining it in isolation.

Something I've been noticing.
It's easy to keep thinking about a decision without actually moving it forward. Even when the next step is small. This week I'm focusing on: → taking one concrete step instead of trying to figure everything out first. That feels like enough for now.
