been working nonstop finally back in gym simplifies my workouts even more currently Deficit push-ups 4x20 Super setted with front level row or scapula row Dips 4x 20 Supper setter with Close grip pull-ups Keeping things super simple. You can get a lot done with a little. If you’re always progressing in reps or progressing and weight you will grow as long as you’re eating and sleeping to recover

I got new programs. I’ve been working on. I’ve just been going crazy printing shirts recently only training in a few days a week maximum but the programs I’m working on are -at home leg day -First day in a commercial gym -15 down and pyramid sets - Basic at home gym equipment Hope everybody’s doing good! I will be back with a vengeance
