Acro / partner yoga
Good morning, Any of instructors in the group teach acro/ partner yoga classes or maybe even a workshop for other instructors?
What was your first experience of a yoga class like?
Curious to hear what your first yoga class was like and what your experience was. I remember after my first class I felt an amazing sense of presence driving home in my car. The class was hard and technical, and I of course didn’t know any of the poses. After about 2 or 3 classes I became interested in doing the arm balances and from there I was hooked! 3 things to prioritize in Dec. 2025
Hey peeps, hope you're all doing well. We're moving into the last month of 2025, here are 3 tips you can use to prioritize your well being as we head into the end of the year and gear up for 2026: 1. Practice deep breathing - Find a quiet place to sit comfortably. - Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths. - Focus on the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body.  2. Move your body - Engage in physical activity, such as a brisk walk or a full workout, to release stress. - Exercise releases endorphins, which can improve your mood and ability to sleep. - Even a short, 5-10 minute walk can help manage stress.  3. Focus on the present moment - Practice mindfulness to shift your attention away from anxious thoughts. - This can involve a short meditation, focusing on your senses, or listening to calming music. - You can also visualize a peaceful place or talk to a trusted friend to help ground yourself.

Yoga Practice Reminder
Hey everyone! Here's your reminder that all of life is practice. Yoga is practice, public speaking is practice, time and money management - all practice. We'll never get it perfect, there is no such thing. So keep your head up and remember to approach everything with an open mind, it will ease your anxiety when you look at it as just practice - and know that no matter what happens you will learn from your experiences and improve!
