What was your first experience of a yoga class like?
Curious to hear what your first yoga class was like and what your experience was. I remember after my first class I felt an amazing sense of presence driving home in my car. The class was hard and technical, and I of course didn’t know any of the poses. After about 2 or 3 classes I became interested in doing the arm balances and from there I was hooked! What’s your favorite hip opener? I’ve learned that if your hips are tight, it’s because your body has been tensed up due to stress and fear of letting go. When you go into a hip opener, breath through it and let your body know it is safe to open up and relax. This will help release tension, soften the body, and open the flow of prana through your system, calming your nervous system. How do you like hip openers and what’s your fav?

Reclaiming My Energy: Why I Trade My Bed for the Trees 🌲
What do you do when you feel low in energy, tired or sickish? Tell me in the comments :) Since yesterday, I’ve been feeling really hit. My energy is low, I’m feeling a bit "off" physically, and honestly? My bed was calling my name all morning. But our bodies are incredible messengers—they don’t just tell us to stop; they often tell us exactly what they need to reboot. This isn’t a "high-performance" video. It’s a raw, unpolished look at how I handle the days when the tank is empty. Instead of staying under the covers, I head outside and connect with nature.
