Tonight's Welcome Call
Hi Everyone! As a number of you weren't able to make tonight, I have recorded a short welcome intro and 3 ways to say "Yes, I Can" more - these are in the Classroom Section. Handouts to review are there too... Let me know in the comments how you get on!

Welcome to Yes, She Can!
This space was built for women like you. Capable. Smart. Holding it all and juggling a lot. And quietly wondering, “Where do I fit in all this?” You’re probably flip-flopping between a demanding job or business, taking care of a busy home and trying to squeeze in some sort of life in between all that shizz... Add to that a brain that doesn’t switch off - even when you want it to! I hear ya! This group isn’t about doing more, or climbing faster. That's not what Lead-HER-Ship is about. Lead-HER-Ship starts with leading yourself better - with confidence, clarity, and boundaries that actually stick. Inside, you’ll find: - Small shifts that help you change how you show up - Tools to help you protect your energy and use your voice - A space where you don’t need to prove anything to be welcome - And hopefully conversations that feel honest and real We’ll talk self-belief, time, burnout, visibility, and that little voice in your head that chats sh*t when you need to make an key decision or set an important boundary. This is your reminder: You don’t need fixing. You just need a space to reconnect with the version of you who’s been there all along. Start by introducing yourself if you feel up for it - or just say what you want more of in this next season of life. I can't wait to meet you! Sam x

You're the gift that keeps giving...!
What if it's not you, but your limiting beliefs...?
Often limiting beliefs are the things people have shared with us over the years that frame our beliefs. Often they are not rooted in truth. However, to move past them takes time, it takes courage and it takes patience with yourself. To start, focus on telling yourself a different story about you. Imagine that you were talking to your bestie and they were asking for your advice on something they wanted to do and you knew they could do it - what would you say? How would you say it ? How could you support them? Starting with those 3 things for YOURSELF will help you change your mindset around Limiting Beliefs. Let me know one positive, encouraging thing you are saying to yourself this week...?
