Objective:
This exercise helps you clarify your values, life goals, and the legacy you want to leave behind. By writing your own eulogy, you gain insight into how you want to be remembered and can make intentional choices to align your life with that vision.

- Picture yourself at your own funeral. Friends, family, and colleagues have gathered to honor your life.
- Who is speaking? What do they say about you?
- What moments and qualities do they highlight?
- Reflect on Your Legacy

- Use the perspective of a loved one or mentor delivering the speech.

- Include personal anecdotes that capture your essence.
