Hi everyone! My name is Anna, Founder of SolJoy, helping high performing underrepresented leaders avoid burnout to embody peace, joy, and vitality through somatic mindfulness and wellness training. I plan on writing a non fiction book after completing my current spiritual memoir "Finding Peace in Chaos: Soul Strength in an Ego Driven World". I've published a chapter in book The Healthy CEO that became an international bestseller--but don't feel like it was real or my own. I love all things music, meditation, mindfulness, movement, and martial arts related and am I Black Belt in Taekwondo and Qigong Energy Master. I live outside of Seattle, WA and look forward to contributing to this community in anyway I can. I'm excited to have a group of authors to help support one another as it's been a struggle to write my goal of 2 hours/day--even with a deadline and book coach!
