My current daily routine is 1st Phorm Collagen, MicroFactor multivitamin, Opti-Greens, Opti-Reds, Creatine, Phormula-1 postworkout protein, Level-1, project-1 preworkout, ultra-formance intra workout, Magnesium and Omega-3's.
