Our Foundations Class is for anyone who:
ā Canāt safely join group classā Isnāt ready for No Shuffle Clubā Needs a TRUE starting point
š Itās held 1x/week for 30 minutesš Itās simple, intentional, and progression-based
This is where people:š rebuild confidenceš relearn movementš re-enter fitness the RIGHT way
šÆ OUR PROGRESSION STANDARD (THIS IS KEY)
Before moving into No Shuffle Club, athletes must demonstrate:

Get down to the floor and back upā independentlyā in under 20 seconds
ā
Walk 50 feet (25 out + 25 back)ā no assistanceā controlled and confident
ā
Hang from a barā 5+ secondsā bodyweight supported
ā
Squat below parallelā with assistance if needed
