💪 What’s the First Thing You Built That Made You Proud?

I felt comfortable with rough carpintry, but never did "woodworking." Our first granddaughter was on the way, and I wanted to build something for them. They asked for a changing table. I bought the would (ash), and it sat for months. I was petrified about the need for exact measurements and precision. With support and encouragement from a friend, I got started. It wasn't perfect: the deesign used stock that was too thick. and the table weighs a ton; miter joints weren't precise. But I was happy with the result (and more importantly they were), and I became hooked.....
