Need a little help math-ing😂

My mom’s doctors office…well… it blows😬. Nobody will return my calls. At first the doctor said she wanted to start my mom at 1 mg then at the follow up she said she wanted her to start at 1.25 mg. Then, when I picked up the medication, they gave me a slip of paper telling me to pull 31 units of this vial(in the photo) but did not tell me how many milligrams 31 units is. My mom is struggling with Alzheimer’s/dementia and we are hoping that getting her insulin resistance borderline diabetes under control could maybe help slow the progression of this disease. I will be giving her her meds so that she doesn’t forget or take it too many times. Can someone please help me figure out how many milligrams 31 units is or helpful is how many units 1 mg is because that’s what I plan on giving her.
