Enhance Mitochondrial Support and Decrease Inflammation
I've been on Trazeptide for about 3 months. I'm down 30 pounds and 3% decrease in body fat since June. My C-Reactive Protein was at 6.5 in November. I have Lipedema (connective fatty tissue, chronic inflammation, fibrotic nodules). I'm doing resistance training, cardio 4 times per week, eating whole foods and focusing on protein, fiber and hydration. I want to order Mots-C and KPV since I've been on Trazeptide long enough to see improvement. Any input or guidance if those are good starts to tackle inflammation and enhance mitochondrial support and aid in further insulin sensitivity? Thank you
