1. Put both feet on the floor.
Let your weight drop down.Feel the support underneath you.
2. Take one slow inhale through your nose.
Not forced. Not dramatic.Just slow.
3. Exhale longer than you inhale.
Let your shoulders soften.Let your jaw unclench.Let your chest open a little.
4. Say this quietly to yourself:
“I can hold this. I’m expanding. It's safe to grow.”
5. Name one thing your future self would thank you for doing today.
Expansion doesn’t require pressure.
