🌿 Welcome to Wild Soul Expansion
I’m thrilled you’re here. This space was built for women who are ready to feel more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more capable of the life they want. Whether you’re here for nervous system support, sober curiosity, or just to stop feeling so overwhelmed by everything, you’re in the right place. Before you dive in, I’d love to get to know you. 🫶🏼 When you’re ready, share three things in the comments: 1️⃣ What season of life are you in right now? (There’s no wrong answer: messy, magical, confusing… all of it is welcome.) 2️⃣ What’s one thing you’re hoping to feel more of in your life? (Clarity, calm, trust, energy, confidence, whatever comes to mind.) 3️⃣ What's your favorite travel destination? I'm currently obsessed with all of Latin America You can share a lot or a little, take your time. This is a gentle space, not a rushed one. I’ll be in the comments with you. I can’t wait to learn more about the women who find their way here.

@Yael Dubin What a full and thriving family! I love that so much. My daughter would really like to attend an HBCU, she's looking at Spellman or Clark to become a Therapist for children with Autism. I love her heart so much.🥰

@April Ross Expansion season indeed, we have that in common and I love that you are creating your community and legacy! Do you have kids? My daughter is nearly grown, she's in her sophomore year of HS and I can't believe how fast it all went by. And Hawaii is on my list, have so much next month! I just got home from Guatemala 2 weeks ago, it was my second time there, it's such a beautiful country.
One challenge I have with Self-trust...
Jenny, I love that you've created this space for women expanding their nervous system and rebuilding self-trust. What hit me when I reread the "About" page is that sometimes, my problems with Self-trust get complicated by trust issues more generally. For example, I trust myself to tackle almost any challenge...except when other people are involved and I have to rely on them. I'm slowly learning...one powerful move has been to release people from my world when they prove unreliable, and to invite in people who are consistent, and do what they say they'll do. I'm not bringing this up thinking you or anyone else will fix that. But I am wondering if sometimes other people struggle more with trusting others than trusting themselves?

Ooooh, this is a layered and honest share, thank you @Yael Dubin! Trusting others really is its own journey. I'm going to drop some questions below, they're a stab in dark without more context, but I hope they help. Something I’m curious about, when someone doesn’t follow through, does it feel like a brand-new experience, or does it touch something familiar from earlier in life or past relationships? And when you do choose to rely on someone, what’s happening in your body in those moments? Does it feel like a full yes, or more of a “I hope this works out”? I also love what you said about releasing people who consistently show you they can’t meet you where you are. That’s a massive act of self-trust.🫶🏼 And at the same time, there’s space to explore the middle ground too: What challenge did they face that made it hard to follow through? Is there encouragement, clarity, or a barrier we could help remove? Sometimes people surprise us when they’re given the chance to step up… and sometimes they show us that stepping away truly is the loving choice for everyone. There’s no "right" answer here. Trust, with ourselves or others, is layered. Your awareness around this already shows how much you're paying attention to what feels safe and supportive for you.💞 Thank you for opening this door. I think it’s a conversation a lot of women here will relate to!

🌹Ground Into Your Expansion (I needed this one today!)
When you’re expanding, things can feel pressurized, fast, and overwhelming that's because your nervous system is adjusting to a bigger version of you. (audio option below) 🎧 So today, I want you to pause and remember who the hell you are. You’re not here by accident. That nudge you feel? That pull toward more? It’s your intuition, and it’s meant to be trusted. Here’s your grounding reset for today: 1. Put both feet on the floor. Let your weight drop down.Feel the support underneath you. 2. Take one slow inhale through your nose. Not forced. Not dramatic.Just slow. 3. Exhale longer than you inhale. Let your shoulders soften.Let your jaw unclench.Let your chest open a little. 4. Say this quietly to yourself: “I can hold this. I’m expanding. It's safe to grow.” 5. Name one thing your future self would thank you for doing today. Expansion doesn’t require pressure. It requires awareness and grounding, which are choices you can make in 10 seconds. If you want to share, comment below: What’s the one thing your future self would thank you for today? Or how did this quick reset feel for you today?
📝 The Becoming Diaries🎙️
I shared these notes inside the Classroom, but I want to bring them here too because this is where our conversations really come alive. I want this space to be honest and human.A place where we can actually talk about where we’re at, what we’re feeling, and what we want for our lives… without pretending everything is fine or polished. So let’s start here: Where are you really at right now emotionally, mentally, physically, whatever it is?And what’s one thing you’re hoping to shift or grow into next? I’ll go first in the comments.I’d love for you to share too, if it feels safe. We’re not doing this alone anymore. 🤍

@Cat PInegar Thank you for this beautiful response Cat, you made me tear up a bit. Stepping fully into ourselves is where the magic happens. I'm so grateful to have you here and thrilled to hear how it resonated with you.💞
🧘‍♀️ A Quick Nervous System Check-In For Today
One thing I’ve learned is that most of us try to change our lives from a place of pressure, rather than presence. And pressure keeps the nervous system tight… which makes everything feel harder than it needs to be. So here’s something I want to offer you today: Before you decide what you “should” do next… pause and notice what your body is actually doing. Right now: - Is your chest tight? - Is your breath shallow? - Are your shoulders tense? - Is your tongue suction cupped to the roof of your mouth? You don’t need to fix anything. Just notice. Awareness is the first regulation tool. It tells your system, “I’m here. I’m paying attention.” If you want to go one step further, try this: - One slow inhale through your nose - One long, unhurried exhale through your mouth - Release anything you're able to that feels heavy I’d love to hear from you if it feels safe to share: What did you notice in your body when you checked in? Doesn't have to be deep, simple words like “tight,” “open,” “heavy,” “neutral,” or “grounded” are perfect. Your awareness is enough and noticing is enough for now. Let’s start the week from regulation. 🤍
