Agent Outreach
I am trying to implement real estate agent outreach for deal flow, but I was wondering how to organize this in my CRM. I am looking for CRM Pipeline setup and stages recommendations for the agent outreach approach. Ideally I want to separate this approach from my other acquisitions pipelines as to not crowd it up. Any suggestions? Thanks
A Fear came true
As an empath, I’ve always avoided probate leads due to seeming insensitive and disrespectful. Today I called a lead who politely cussed me out and expressed she tired of receiving calls and finds it disrespectful because she just wants to grief In peace. It made me feel like shit but I took time to comfort/ understand her and politely reassured her that my job is to simply help out where I can. She was very receptive and understood I was just doing my job. Overall facing my fear of a bad encounter with probate lead wasn’t too bad after all. Going forward I will continue to call with just a gentle introduction of who I am and what I do rather than just asking if they’ve thought about selling. Happy Friday!!
