It sure was a wild day! Had so much BS going on. But still managed to push all that aside and get some calls in where I could. Had multiple smaller call sessions vs the usual 1 or 2 longer ones. I Made 102 Calls today!! Had 1 Inbound call, Not Interested. Had 17 Pick Ups! 6 Not Interested. 2 Wrong Numbers. 1 Hang Up. 3 wrote down my name/number, said they would give it to the owner and have them call me back. 5 Ai Pick Ups. 1 forwarded to voicemail. 4 Hang ups. 31 Voicemails left in total. Lots of nice people on the phones today! But just a bunch of really short conversations. One guy even thought I was Ai for a second there. LOL had to reassure him I was not. Not a whole lot going on today. Came across a couple on market deals, FSBO that have been there for a while. Did some underwriting while on the Dialer in between calls while it was ringing. I didn't get a chance to present my offers just yet. I have em ready for tomorrow first thing. Gonna start the day off with some Offers! Excited to see how things go! Today was more of a character building day than anything. And to think I almost didn't call today. Haha yeah right!! I've been doing this everyday for so long now it feels weird not doing my Daily Marketing Outreach. Excited to get back on the Dialer tomorrow to present these offers!! Gotta go for the NO!! Made 100 Calls today! Had 4 inbound calls. 2 Not interested. 1 wrong number. 1 I wasn't able to reach them again. Had 22 Pick Ups! 4 Not Interested. 7 Hang Ups. 2 Wrong Numbers. 9 Ai Pick Ups. 3 Hang Ups. 6 forwarded to voicemail. 34 Voicemails left in total. 1 Conversation. 0 offers presented. I'm glad I was able to get most of my calls in this morning/early afternoon. This evening I was having some Internet issues, it was down for like 4 hours. Before all that happened I was able to connect with a homeowner who wasn't interested in selling now but has been thinking about it this last month, mentioned a couple repairs they did and needs a bit more but she said to call back in 6 months then click. It was a really short conversation, but I added her to the CRM to keep tabs on things. Kinda felt like a slow day. Computer was running smoothly, dialer was flowing nicely. Then about part way through my first call session I had to hit up tech support due to quite a few of my calls failing this afternoon, and not quite sure why that happened. Support wasn't sure either. That was weird. I rebooted everything and we were back at it. I was hitting so many full voicemails this afternoon. Makes me think this tax delinquent list is being called a bunch! I have a few hundred contacts left to wrap up this list then on to the next. Debating if I should scrap it and hit a new fresh list. There were just a ton of no answers and busy lines today. But all the full voicemails made me question things. The second half of outreach was way better. Way more pick ups. Towards the end of the day that's when I received an inbound call and connected with a homeowner interested in selling within this next month. We chatted for a bit, she seemed like a really nice lady. She's said she wanted to take some fresh photos and shoot em on over to me in the next day or two. Motivated homeowner, with a distressed property. So we shall see where things land. Excited about this one! It was a nice change and shift in the energy. Only having one real conversation before that one was kind of disappointing to be real. But that's just part of the game. Energy was different today all around. ON POINT! On the 3rd dial of the day I connected with a homeowner wanting to sell and wanted and offer right then. This guy was on a good one. He was really insisting on an offer. After a few questions he calmed right down and turned out to be a chill guy. I was able to give him an offer, he respectfully declined. But still.. making an offer is a great way to start the day! Made 107 Calls today! Had 6 inbound calls! 5 not interested. 1 I couldn't get ahold of them again. Had 18 Pick Ups! 1 wanting to sell 4 Not Interested. 1 Hang Up. 1 Wrong Number. 11 Ai Pick Ups. 6 Hang Ups. 5 forwarded to voicemail. 50 voicemails left in total. 3 Conversations. One of them being an Ai voice to text conversation that was kind of weird. Ended in a hang up. 1 offer presented. I hit that same call time today as I did yesterday and it's almost like the human pick ups and AI pick ups swapped spots lol Just had way more ai encounters today, and that Ai voice to text conversation was so dang weird, that was a first! Thinking if I can continue to give at least one offer a day for the rest of this month that would be 28 offers in total. I should be able to close on at least one of those. If not more.
