Sooo many distractions at play. I had to consistently remind myself why I'm doing this.. more times that I'd like to admit. But I stayed focused and kept the vision clear. Not sure what happened the last few days but pick ups have almost doubled! That only seemed to happens when I get a new number lol just something interesting I've noticed. I was hitting a busy line repeatedly at the time of my phone appointment this evening. I will try again tomorrow same time and see what happens. Nothing special happened today. Just more Reps. Hit 11Am-12pm I was being to think I made the wrong choice and literally the last call of the hour. I said to myself "just one more" and now answer. I said it again on the second time someone answered. After chatting for a good min, Turns out this homeowner is a realtor who has multiple properties that she needs to get rid of but doesn't want to list them because they all need some repairs. She was driving, but we scheduled a phone appointment when she has the day off this next week. That seller I had an appointment with today is in lala land wanting wayy more what the property is even worth. Not including the repairs needed. Feeling like if I had more rapport built up with him things may have been different. Who knows.. most definitely something to work on. The pick up rate had a noticable improvement. Connected with 2 cash buyers! 1 actively looking for fix n flip deals in my market 1 looking for multi family units in Indiana. I was late to my phone appointment by 2min due to me loosing track of time helping a family member out.. and got forwarded to voicemail.. that's 2 phone appointments 2 days in a row! SMH. Kind got pissed at myself because of it. Best believe I stayed on top of things after that. Was starting to think this day wasn't going anywhere then one of the last calls of the night.. "all of a sudden" my dialer wasn't connecting to calls, and my computer started lagging. I called this one number back n forth 3 times and they kept saying they couldn't hear me. I almost didn't call back due to them getting frustrated because of it. I tried again and.. computer froze. Well..... I whipped out my phone on the Go high level app and made the call from there. Glad I did! Turns out they NEED to sell within the next month or 2 and I got here right before the realtor, so that's a plus too! Had a good conversation with an older lady and her husband, they were getting ready to be with some family so the conversation was rather short, but they asked I called back to talk more tomorrow. I was able to get more info on these deals Im working on. Along with more of the ture story lol! Pushing the needle forward little by little. The other was a homeowner who said she wanted to sell in 3 years originally. Then called back saying "not gonna sell now". Went back n forth from her wanting to sell and not. We are now wanting to sell in 4 years haha Had 14 Pick ups! 3 Wrong Numbers. 6 Not interested. 5 Hang ups. Left 30 Voicemails. Today was challenging to be real. Battling the daily schedule and family, just forcing my marketing time in where I can. Went into overtime (past 8pm) again. Still working on the schedule. Thinking It would be good to invest more time into AI and setting up my AI for inbound calls. But for now.. rest. This sleeping 4 hours a night BS isn't working for me. Tomorrow is a Friday!
