Update On My First Contract In Pueblo CO📍

This contract has been a roller coaster. I had to extend the closing last week from the 7th to the 14th, then today to the 24th of July. I had gotten the contract for 140k and talked the seller down to 120k after a cash buyer said the price I had it sitting at would not work. After The seller agreed to the new price (which took 3 days to do), the cash buyer signed immediately and was shocked that I got the seller to take a 20k drop off of the original price and he signed immediately. All of the paperwork is submitted to the title company and now it's just a waiting game from here for that 5k assignment fee. I'm super relieved and very proud of myself!
