Transaction funding
Hey y’all hope everyone’s having a great Tuesday!
I wanted to find out if anyone can refer a transactional funding so I can proceed with a double closing I know that there is ones out there that just does like a 1%
Some reason some of the ones that I’ve contacted has gone a little cuckoo they want $2000 +3%
I’m looking to borrow $60,000
