I’ve heard wholsaling houses can be a challenge in rural areas. For instance my county I’m working stretches further out from a city and I got homes delinquent in the rural parts too. How have yall been managing wholesaling homes in markets like this? Is it best to just stay in the city part and not even bother going beyond the city lines? I’m thinking it needs to be a locked up at a steep discount to be good if there are less buyers?
