So I called the clerk of court and they told me they don’t have a list of properties that have been sent a Notice of Default that they could direct me to the sheriff office which doesn’t have that information.

So I said may I ask you a question.she responded yes. And I quote” Whenever someone doesn’t pay their mortgage for 3-4 months. The mortgage company contacts who to file suit?. Don’t they file through the clerk of court and the clerk mails out a notice of default to the homeowner’s address?”

She said verbatim, “ it sounds like you know more about tha. I do. All I can do is direct you to the clerk of court…”

What do I do now lmao
