Looking for Closers Nationwide

Yo!

I'm doing nation-wide marketing in metro areas with significant population (usually over 250,000).

I personally would rather JV with local operators than hire a dispo manager who doesn't know the local markets.

If you're in a major metro anywhere in the US and are closing at least 2, ideally 4+ deals per month, let me know. I'll exclusively partner with you on all of my deals in that market and will funnel you all my leads in a shared spreadsheet or something so you can let me know what your buyers would pay.

I need folks that are really closing, though. I need to move quick on these and need reliability and local expertise with strong & proven buyers.
