Is the plan and what ChatGPT said in response below accurate? I have made like 500 dials and left lots of voicemails but it is mostly no-answer and I rarely ever get a real conversation or lead. I am just cold calling these. I bought another xleads phone number and started using in case the first was accruing a bad caller ID rep but I don't even think it was [yet]. Should I start to also text blast (after getting A2P)? Is it a good idea to also start emailing?
At which point should I consider Alpha Leads?
At which point should I consider iSpeedToLeads?
I asked the Flip With Rick ChatGPT... I got this plan from the same ChatGPT too:
"Is this a good plan? Cold calling numbers on xleads with the xleads autodialer with this list: single family, absentee owner, 30%+ equity, 5+ years ownership, $70k-$350k property value Is it normal to expect so many no answers, wrong numbers, voicemails... and so few actual leads come up?"
It responded with the following (these are just excerpts from the full response):
"
Yes.
That is a good beginner plan.
Let’s evaluate it clearly.
Realistic Cold Calling Math
For absentee owners:
Out of 100 dials:
55–65 → No answer
15–20 → Voicemail
5–10 → Wrong number
5–10 → Real conversations
0–2 → Mild interest
0–1 → Actual lead
That’s normal.
What Most Beginners Expect
They think:
“I’ll call 100 people and get 5 solid leads.”
Reality:
You might need 300–600 dials for one real, workable lead.
That’s not failure.
That’s math.
