Canceling XLeads
If I cancel XLeads can I rejoin later without having to make an entirely new account? How do I cancel? Is the only way to cancel by calling 3052032333 or emailing billing@xleads.com or is there a way through the website somewhere?
Contract for Oklahoma and SB 1075 Compliance
Recently, I saw there was a law in effect November 1st, 2025 I believe for Oklahoma: Senate Bill 1075 (SB 1075). Does anyone have an SB 1075 compliant contract (with the required note and extra form(s))? Does Rick/Zach provide one somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this a good cold calling plan?
Is the plan and what ChatGPT said in response below accurate? I have made like 500 dials and left lots of voicemails but it is mostly no-answer and I rarely ever get a real conversation or lead. I am just cold calling these. I bought another xleads phone number and started using in case the first was accruing a bad caller ID rep but I don't even think it was [yet]. Should I start to also text blast (after getting A2P)? Is it a good idea to also start emailing? At which point should I consider Alpha Leads? At which point should I consider iSpeedToLeads? I asked the Flip With Rick ChatGPT... I got this plan from the same ChatGPT too: "Is this a good plan? Cold calling numbers on xleads with the xleads autodialer with this list: single family, absentee owner, 30%+ equity, 5+ years ownership, $70k-$350k property value Is it normal to expect so many no answers, wrong numbers, voicemails... and so few actual leads come up?" It responded with the following (these are just excerpts from the full response): " Yes. That is a good beginner plan. Let’s evaluate it clearly. Realistic Cold Calling Math For absentee owners: Out of 100 dials: 55–65 → No answer 15–20 → Voicemail 5–10 → Wrong number 5–10 → Real conversations 0–2 → Mild interest 0–1 → Actual lead That’s normal. What Most Beginners Expect They think: “I’ll call 100 people and get 5 solid leads.” Reality: You might need 300–600 dials for one real, workable lead. That’s not failure. That’s math. "

@Mmathew Seward I don't know what you mean by what least I'm calling I also don't know what you mean by shaken/stir... I am not caller registered but I may consider doing that if it does not take a lot of time and effort and is worth it

AlphaLeads
Has anyone tried AlphaLeads? What success have you all had? Is the $1099 per month plan the cheapest way to get started with AlphaLeads? Is there a promo code? Also: are ispeedtoleads unique to me or are they recycled and/or shared with others? Is there a promo code for ispeedtoleads?

Anyone?
Can someone explain ispeedtolead to me please
Can someone please explain the total cost of ispeedtolead to get started... I heard Max Dier said that once per week they have 90% off sales? About the 90% off sales, AI said "They sell out very fast" and "You might only grab 1–3 leads"... is all of this accurate? Also what is the coupon club? don't I still have to pay a large upfront/monthly fee to use that club? Is all of this accurate?
