I need a miracle!
I have been calling and send messages to people all day since 9 a.m. trying to find a buyer. I am confident in my pricing! I went ahead and lowered it just a little. Please say a prayer for me! 8/11 closing date. I did a video walk-through with the families today, and they are counting on me! If I had the money, I would invest in both of these properties! I am claiming a victory!
