How do you avoid touring the house and continue negotiating with sellers as a virtual wholesaler and get them to sign the contract? I actually can’t go the due to work and stuff but they want me to see the house in person

Made 123 calls tonight. Had 3 inbound calls. All not interested. 8 pick ups. 6 not interested. 2 hang ups. Left 49 voicemails. I didn't have that much time to invest into outreach tonight, But I still managed to do something. Felt like a really slow day. Lots of ringing with no answers. No new leads. Connected with a realtor but he was quick to get off the phone. Tomorrow is a new day and it MUST be better then today! Can't wait to see how good this journey can really get!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! Has anybody ever heard of it ? Excess Proceeds from tax sales or being asset recovery agents? I am looking into it to make some quick money to poor back into wholesale with a marketing budget to generate some inboud leads..... idk seems like a pretty cool business and i will also be rubbing elbows in the real estate industry so ill be making valuable contacts at the same time !!! what do yahll think
