I chatted with a seller over the phone and am supposed to be meeting up with him tomorrow to take a look at the house. I just ran comps and my MAO is 100,434 and he wants 250K!! 😒 He claims that no repairs are needed. The area the house is in isn't the greatest and no homes have sold for that high AT ALL!! I just was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to negotiate with this? On the phone he sounds like he might be a difficult one. 🤔 Just wondering if I'm wasting my time?? HELP!!
